Evidence of Growth -Professional, University, Programmatic
The journey to nursing excellence involves resilience, dedication, and innovation. Seeking many opportunities to learn new skills and take on new challenges can be personally and professionally fulfilling. The best professional growth happens as a result of an experience or achievement that improves the care or safety of another. Creativity, joy, and challenges lead to unexpected and beautiful places. It is often necessary to create what is needed to enhance learning.

Always seeking new directions and opportunities for growth, started Oncology Consulting Service Onc Nursing Ed when the educator at St Elizabeth Medical Center reached out via the Oncology Nursing Society thread asking "Is anyone still teaching a live oncology class?" I shared my 8 hour oncology education day, the educator attended, and we collaborated 4 times to enhance the learning of the staff at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
